 I’m Emre İlanku, a Scientific Director with many years of hands-on experience in IVF and reproductive health, with a particular focus on process management and patient experience.

I began my career in 2009 at King’s College Hospital. Since then, I have experienced firsthand that IVF is not simply a medical treatment, but a multifaceted journey that requires careful planning, appropriate guidance, and effective process management. 

Throughout my career, I have worked with patients from different countries, gaining extensive practical experience in international patient management, clinical coordination, and treatment planning. The approach I have developed over the years is based on the understanding that every individual’s journey is unique.

My work goes beyond managing the process itself. I also aim to help patients feel more confident, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.

At the same time, through content creation, knowledge sharing, and speaking engagements, I aim to raise awareness about reproductive health and IVF, while contributing to a more transparent, accessible, and easy-to-understand approach within the field.

 But my story is about more than professional experience. Over the years, witnessing hundreds of different stories throughout the IVF journey has helped me understand that this is not simply a medical process, but also an emotional, mental, and deeply human experience.

One of the most important lessons I have learned is that accurate information, appropriate guidance, and effective process management can transform not only the treatment journey itself, but also the way people experience and navigate it.

This perspective has shaped a more holistic approach to my work. Every individual has a unique story, and every journey deserves to be approached with a personalized understanding.

Today, my goal is to share what I have learned beyond the clinical setting, reaching a wider audience through my content, talks, and educational platforms. I aim to help individuals going through this journey feel more empowered, informed, and confident every step of the way.
